*I decided to work with the fat bar today on the deadlifts to get a little grip work in simultaneously. I was planning to use it only with 245 and switch to the normal bar for the last two sets, but my grip was feeling pretty strong so I just used it the whole way through. Also would have ran today, but I was too pissed off from doing some half assed sorry retarded excuse for a run in the morning. It wasn't by choice, but it sure was worthless...that's all I'll say.
