BB Shrugs with 1 1/2 inch fat bar: 3 sets of 6

Hey, you read my mind with the five rounds with 135lb thrusters. Oh well, all's well that ends well. Damn fine METCON programming by you and FG today. Good on ya.

Also, why not step away from the shoulder work for awhile, since it's lagging. The stall in progress may be an indication. Just food for thought

Well I'm not stalling yet. I'm still increasing each workout it's just a struggle every time. When I miss it for two consecutive workouts then I'm going to switch out the shoulder press for something different for a while.
