Mission Statement

To record and track progress made toward obtaining the goal of 1,000 pounds in the Crossfit Total (consisting of the squat, overhead press, and deadlift) as well as 1,000 pounds in a powerlifting total (consisting of the squat, bench press, and deadlift) while also maintaining basic baseline conditioning standards.
